Yoga Sessions
The styles taught in a class setting are Yin, Restorative and Yoga Nidra.
We also offer Yoga Therapy (specially curated bespoke yoga programmes).
You will practice in a small group of 4-5 people and all our classes are suitable for everyone.
We have all equipment at the studio, just bring yourself.
Potential benefits
Our small group wellbeing sessions are aimed towards customers who hope to restore their energy levels, sleep better and release tightness in their body.
All offered classes are suitable for beginners. The style of session we offer currently are:
- Yin Yoga – releasing tightness in the muscles through slow passive stretching and breathwork.
- Restorative Yoga – through supported poses, you regain calmness and restore your nervous system in charge of stress reduction.
- If you wish to obtain deeper understanding on the styles of practice we teach, we offer a longer workshop style class once a month.

Our cosy studio is located at 38 William Street.
You should preferably arrive no earlier than
10 minutes before your appointment time.
