Q: Arrive on time for Community Acupuncture. (Not really a question 🙂 )
A:Please arrive promptly, a maximum of few minutes before your booked session. This is due to the small time windows between clients and enables all clients a relaxing arrival and departure. We also like to give all our clients our 100% attention. Our sessions have an extra 10 allocated for your arrival, possible change of clothes and departure.
Q: Consultation on acupuncture?
A: All consultations are to be made beforehand. You will be asked to provide some health related information beforehand, so I can pre-design some parts of your treatment. That way we will save some time upon arrival and I will only take your pulse and ask a few additional questions during our brief consultation.
Q: Arriving to a treatment?
A:If you are arriving at a private session, there is a 15 minute buffer time between clients. If you are coming to community acupuncture, there is a 10 minute buffer time between clients. Please read the treatment descriptions for further information on our policies.
Q: Coming to a yoga class?
A:If you are arriving at a yoga practice, please note that the door will be automatically open 15 minutes before the beginning. Before that, we are preparing for your arrival so we can concentrate 100% on you when you come in.
Q:Running late for a Yoga Class?
A:We understand the stress caused if you are stuck in traffic or delayed otherwise. In class situations, we must be mindful about the prompt beginning and end time for the class. Hence there will be no entrance to the classroom after the session has started. We wish to offer a calm experience for everyone for the full duration of the class. If you have a hectic schedule, our suggestion is to book last minute, that way you can be sure to make your class and pay only for the classes you can attend.
Q: Running late for an appointment?
A:For treatments, there is a little bit of flexibility. There is a 10-15minute buffer time in-between all treatment sessions. Your booked time includes your arrival buffer time. So for example when you book a 40-minute treatment, the time allocated has 15 minutes extra assigned for transitions.
If you arrive later than your booked time the following applies:
Private session: If there is no-one else coming after your time (and we are still open), we will give you treatment. Please, read further for exceptions. If you are late more than your allocated treatment time, we apologise, but there will be an extra cost of 50% treatment price if you wish to have the full treatment.
Our cancellation policy is the same for all treatments/sessions:
– 12h or more 100% refund (if pre-paid) or no payment
– 9h or less 50% refund (if pre-paid) or 50% payment made later (within 30 days)
– 6h or less NO refund, full payment made later (within 30 days)
We are introducing (after the opening offers) the following policy:
Prepayments online cost 25% less than payments onsite.
This way we can secure yoga sessions (minimum two signups 12h before the start of class) and provide availability for all your clients as early as possible.
If you prepaid and cancelled within our policy times, you will receive a refund within 72h of cancellation, or if you wish, we can save the payment for future sessions.
